As sharp as the barbed wire on the artwork, This Patch of Sky have released their debut EP, The Immortal, The Invisible. Like an injection of adrenalin, the EP reflects the harder side of Post Rock. In-your-face drums and riffs, a healthy amount of differentiation separates the band from many comparisons. If you’re loooking for run of the mill Post Rock, steer clear, This Patch of Sky do things their way and will continue to do so.
